Utah Valley Half Marathon: Everything You Need to Know To Register

Ready to register for a Utah favorite half marathon? Whether you’re training for a full marathon or looking for a challenging race that doesn’t require quite as much training as a marathon, the Utah Valley Half Marathon is a satisfying and beautiful course that we think you’ll love. Here’s everything you need to know to make sure you don’t miss this race.

This half marathon takes place on June 11, 2016 at 6 AM and takes the last half of the course that the Utah Valley Marathon runners will be running. Registration is limited to 2,500 participants, and the tickets will only get more expensive the closer it gets to race day. So we recommend that you register as soon as possible! Our registration process is completely online, and includes an online form to sign the required waiver. We try to make it as easy as possible for you to sign up and be part of one of our favorite events.

For those who miss the cutoff on the first 2,500 participants or those who simply want the VIP treatment, we have 50 VIP spots available. VIP registrants will get to skip the line for packet pickup, will have a guaranteed spot on the last bus to the finish line which will be filled with elite runners, and will get to be part of the VIP dinner that takes place the night before the event.

Packet pickup will be the day before the event from 10 AM to 9 PM in the Utah Valley Convention Center, so if you’re coming from out of town plan accordingly. Participants will get discounts at certain local hotels, so be sure to take advantage of that! Buses will take participants from the Provo Towne Center mall to the starting line from 3:10 AM to 4:30 AM.
We can’t wait to see you at the starting line. When you’re ready to start planning for this race, register here. But hurry- spots are limited and tickets will get more expensive the later you register!
