Utah Valley Marathon Symposium Presented by Provo City – June 10, 2016

Utah Valley Marathon Hours: 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM

This Provo Marathon Symposium will be located in the Utah Valley Convention Center in conjunction with the health and fitness expo. The Utah Valley Marathon symposium includes elite and veteran running experts. There will also be medical professionals there to discuss running related injuries. This will be an informal setting where the general public can come for some or all of the selected speakers. Admission to the Utah Valley Marathon expo and symposium is free.

Featured speaker for 2015 is Ryan Hall!

For 2015, the Utah Valley Marathon, Half-Marathon, 10K, and Kids’ 1K is very excited to announce that RYAN HALL will be the featured speaker at this year’s symposium. Ryan Hall is one of the premier American long distance runners of his generation. His accomplishments include winning the marathon at the 2008 United States Olympic Trials and placing tenth at the Olympic marathon in Beijing, China. He currently holds the U.S. record in the half marathon (59:43) becoming the the first U.S. runner to ever break the one hour barrier. In addition to speaking during the expo, Ryan will be running the half-marathon on Saturday.
